This stone coasters gift guide helps you choose marble or slate coasters, set of four for a birthday or useful UK gift. Start by checking exact dimensions in centimetres and thickness, as coaster size varies widely and must suit your recipient's typical glassware and table space. Watch out for listings with only close-up or lifestyle photos that obscure the true colour, pattern variation or surface texture of the stone.
